Provide free advice to lease holders, landlords, professional advisers and others on the law affecting residential leasehold property. Activities include providing free advice on the leasehold system, service charges, right to information, general management, forfeiture and possession, extending leases, buying freehold, and common hold. Advice is given on a self-help basis-to enable and empower callers to address their own issues. Lease cannot provide long term support or direct help. Publications includes advisory leaflets and lists of professional advisor.

National Christian charity working with disabled people to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through the provision of care, employment and housing. Groom's Holidays is one of several operating divisions of John Grooms. It offers a wide range of accessible accommodation around England and Wales, including a fully accessible river boat on the Norfolk Broads. Housing association which runs over 60 projects in the UK providing care and rehabilitation to enable young people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, addiction and other problems to live in the community. In addition to long and short term residential facilities Richmond Fellowship runs workschemes, day centres, advocacy and community outreach projects. Through its training & consultancy Service, Richmond Fellowship provide a comprehensive range of training options for its own staff and for other people involved in mental health support and human relations work.

Works with and for homeless people in London. Community based approach focuses on people's emotional needs for companionship. Employ no staff and voluntary workers live in the same conditions as nightshelter guests and residents in their houses. Serve the most vulnerable long-term homeless people. Have an outreach team that brings people into the night shelter (disabled access) which houses up to 15 guests. Also have two other houses in London for longer term residents and a house in Kent. Simon Community take no referrals relying solely on their outreach team to bring guests in.
