DLF's summary:
Woven polypropylene adjustable length strap with a large metal hook attached. Designed to carry bags comfortably without straining hands or fingers by distributing weight of heavy bags across back and shoulder. Circular strap is worn over one shoulder and the bag carrying hook is positioned at the front of the user in a comfortable position. Shoulder pads provide weight distribution and protection.
