Wendy Joslin 14 May 2016
I have had my pro rider king for about four months now and I am very surprised at some of the reviews I have read. Since I have had this scooter, I have used it to travel all over the place. I live in a village and there are many very steep hills, my scooter goes up and down these as if it is going on the flat. I have taken it up to the woods and over quite rough terrain, over pebbles and gravel, never had a problem, it is extremely comfortable, turns round very easily. I can not fault this product at all, it had given me my freedom back.

I have had charging problems from day one and after calling prorider they sent me a new charger saying that this will be the problem, is was not and it still will not charge even trying both chargers. Prorider will not help me any more so I contacted my local consumer avice. An officer of fare trade is on this case but prorider have not being helpfull and refuse to fix my buggy in there last reply they have threatened me with court action which has baffled the fare trade officer as to what that could be? So he has made a case and sent it to there local office of fare trade. My veiw is do not buy this but look elsewhere for a better buggy
